RIA國際都市建筑設(shè)計研究所(Intl Research Institute of Architecture)是一個繼承了1933年成立的日本ria設(shè)計事務(wù)所優(yōu)良傳統(tǒng)的國際性設(shè)計機構(gòu)，一個集城市規(guī)劃設(shè)計、建筑設(shè)計、景觀設(shè)計于一體的綜合性跨國公司，在美國、德國、英國、法國、日本、加拿大、中國均設(shè)有分支機構(gòu)。迄今，RIA已設(shè)計建造了數(shù)千棟建筑，作品涵蓋世界各地，其中不乏精良之作，已獲得有關(guān)國際獎項一百余次。RIA-上海由一群充滿活力的來自不同國家的擁有扎實專業(yè)功底設(shè)計師組成，他們以各自的努力共同維護(hù)和傳承著集團(tuán)良好的口碑及先進(jìn)的設(shè)計理念，確保RIA始終處于世界建筑界的前沿。十余年來，已完成建筑作品近百件，項目分布中國各地。RIA在中國所做的工作多以社會性作為主題，并以此為核心立意融入設(shè)計作品中，關(guān)注地域性文化的延續(xù)及生態(tài)環(huán)境的設(shè)計手法使每一個作品都成為一個“宣言”，對城市、建筑的發(fā)展觀提出獨到的見解。在當(dāng)代中國、當(dāng)代上海，像RIA這樣著眼于探討建筑除了商業(yè)價值以外的內(nèi)容的團(tuán)隊彌顯珍貴。近年來隨著中國房地產(chǎn)業(yè)的逐步規(guī)范與成熟，民眾對居住環(huán)境、工作環(huán)境要求的不斷提高，RIA的經(jīng)營重心亦隨之發(fā)生轉(zhuǎn)移，已與許多頗具實力的房地產(chǎn)公司合作，設(shè)計了一系列實用、美觀、舒適、合理，具有未來性的居住空間及工作空間。Research Institute of Architecture is one of the best architecture design and urban planning companies. Her predecessorcompany was Bunzou Architects Office founded in 1933 by one of the most famousJapanese Architects Yamaguchi Bunzou, who had been following the famous WalterGropius in Bauhaus school in Germany. In past 70 years, RIA has trained manyexcellent designers. It is the effort of those talented and enthusiasticdesigners who have built up RIA’s spirit as well as good reputation .It is theteam that has been leading the construction industry in Asia with its advanceddesign concept. More than 100 times, RIA has won National and Internationalawards.
