RIA國(guó)際都市建筑設(shè)計(jì)研究所(Intl Research Institute of Architecture)是一個(gè)繼承了1933年成立的日本ria設(shè)計(jì)事務(wù)所優(yōu)良傳統(tǒng)的國(guó)際性設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)，一個(gè)集城市規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)、建筑設(shè)計(jì)、景觀設(shè)計(jì)于一體的綜合性跨國(guó)公司，在美國(guó)、德國(guó)、英國(guó)、法國(guó)、日本、加拿大、中國(guó)均設(shè)有分支機(jī)構(gòu)。迄今，RIA已設(shè)計(jì)建造了數(shù)千棟建筑，作品涵蓋世界各地，其中不乏精良之作，已獲得有關(guān)國(guó)際獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)一百余次。RIA-上海由一群充滿活力的來自不同國(guó)家的擁有扎實(shí)專業(yè)功底設(shè)計(jì)師組成，他們以各自的努力共同維護(hù)和傳承著集團(tuán)良好的口碑及先進(jìn)的設(shè)計(jì)理念，確保RIA始終處于世界建筑界的前沿。十余年來，已完成建筑作品近百件，項(xiàng)目分布中國(guó)各地。RIA在中國(guó)所做的工作多以社會(huì)性作為主題，并以此為核心立意融入設(shè)計(jì)作品中，關(guān)注地域性文化的延續(xù)及生態(tài)環(huán)境的設(shè)計(jì)手法使每一個(gè)作品都成為一個(gè)“宣言”，對(duì)城市、建筑的發(fā)展觀提出獨(dú)到的見解。在當(dāng)代中國(guó)、當(dāng)代上海，像RIA這樣著眼于探討建筑除了商業(yè)價(jià)值以外的內(nèi)容的團(tuán)隊(duì)彌顯珍貴。近年來隨著中國(guó)房地產(chǎn)業(yè)的逐步規(guī)范與成熟，民眾對(duì)居住環(huán)境、工作環(huán)境要求的不斷提高，RIA的經(jīng)營(yíng)重心亦隨之發(fā)生轉(zhuǎn)移，已與許多頗具實(shí)力的房地產(chǎn)公司合作，設(shè)計(jì)了一系列實(shí)用、美觀、舒適、合理，具有未來性的居住空間及工作空間。Research Institute of Architecture is one of the best architecture design and urban planning companies. Her predecessorcompany was Bunzou Architects Office founded in 1933 by one of the most famousJapanese Architects Yamaguchi Bunzou, who had been following the famous WalterGropius in Bauhaus school in Germany.
