阿斯塔導線有限公司為外商獨資企業，于2001年12月7日成立，前身是意大利獨資的意維絲絕緣導線(寶應)有限公司，2005年12月21日被ASTAHoldings 公司全資收購，成為ASTA在亞洲唯一的獨資子公司。于2006年2月21日，意維絲絕緣導線(寶應)有限公司正式更名為阿斯塔導線有限公司。
進入2006年，新投資者以市場為導向，集團內采取了戰略性的決策。為擴大中國市場，將現有廠的規模擴大4倍，ASTA中國的投資總額由原1100萬歐元增加至2000萬歐元，注冊資本由原600萬歐元增加至1300萬歐元，目標將阿斯塔導線有限打造成為全國大的換位導線生產基地。
ASTAHoldings公司是一家跨國企業，屬電氣機械及器材制造業，專業生產電氣設備繞組所需的絕緣導線、換位導線，在該領域處于世界地位，其市場占有率居**同行業前三位。ASTAHoldings公司成立于1814年，在**多個國家設立了代表處，客戶主要分布于電力、汽車、家電等行業，年銷售額近億歐元，公司已通過ISO9001質量體系認證、ISO14001環境體系認證。
阿斯塔導線有限公司主要設計、生產、銷售絕緣平導線、絕緣等級為B、F、H及以上等級漆包線和漆包絕緣換位導線；絕緣成型件的生產。現具備年產2500噸的生產能力，公司的主要生產檢測設備如換位導線機、漆包爐、拉絲機、玻璃絲包機等共20臺(套)均從意大利、德國、英國引進，目前已全部投入使用。
