阿斯塔導(dǎo)線有限公司為外商獨(dú)資企業(yè)，于2001年12月7日成立，前身是意大利獨(dú)資的意維絲絕緣導(dǎo)線(寶應(yīng))有限公司，2005年12月21日被ASTAHoldings 公司全資收購(gòu)，成為ASTA在亞洲唯一的獨(dú)資子公司。于2006年2月21日，意維絲絕緣導(dǎo)線(寶應(yīng))有限公司正式更名為阿斯塔導(dǎo)線有限公司。
進(jìn)入2006年，新投資者以市場(chǎng)為導(dǎo)向，集團(tuán)內(nèi)采取了戰(zhàn)略性的決策。為擴(kuò)大中國(guó)市場(chǎng)，將現(xiàn)有廠的規(guī)模擴(kuò)大4倍，ASTA中國(guó)的投資總額由原1100萬(wàn)歐元增加至2000萬(wàn)歐元，注冊(cè)資本由原600萬(wàn)歐元增加至1300萬(wàn)歐元，目標(biāo)將阿斯塔導(dǎo)線有限打造成為全國(guó)大的換位導(dǎo)線生產(chǎn)基地。
