Technical Software Services （簡稱TSS），中文名稱是北京聯媒廣傳軟件技術服務有限公司，是一家澳大利亞獨資企業，1989年成立于悉尼，由三位合伙人投資創辦。
成立伊始，TSS快速成長為卓越的媒體及廣告行業軟件開發商，為用戶提供具有行業針對性的軟件解決方案，涉及電視臺、廣播電臺、電影院、雜志、報紙、戶外及大型零售集團。
TSS為**超過110家公司及辦事處提供軟件，并有針對性的為各大媒體經營者（及其銷售機構）、廣告代理公司和廣告客戶提供個性化的定制系統。

Technical Software Services (TSS) is a privately owned company founded in Sydney by 3 partners in 1989.
Since then it has rapidly grown to become the prominent developers of advertising agency and media operator software solutions, including the Television, Radio, Cinema, Magazines, Press, Outdoor and retail environments.
TSS provides software and services to over 110 companies/offices around the world. TSS is unique in providing applications software for Major Media Proprietors (and sales organizations), Advertising Agencies and Major Advertisers.
The TSS client base is comprised of major advertising agencies and large and small broadcasters worldwide. Software integration is a key feature of all of our systems. Hence TSS has developed software for media owners and vendors.
With much of the current R&D focused on Business to Business electronic trading and Web based technologies TSS is at the vanguard of these developments as they relate to our target markets. The growth in these areas and TSS leadership position will ensure continued strong growth in the short to mid term.
