北京蒙諾汽車減振器有限公司成立于1995年9月，是美國天納克汽車工業公司與北京汽車工業控股有限公司共同投資組建的一家合資公司，主要為各大知名汽車廠商配套生產減震器。蒙諾是**知名的汽車減震器品牌之一。
天納克汽車是**大減震器及排氣系統的供應商之一，總部位于美國Illinois的Lake Forest，集設計、生產、銷售于一身，業務覆蓋主機，修配及售后市場。公司在中國有五家合資公司和一家獨資公司，為主要的主機廠商配套生產減震器或排氣系統，如通用、大眾、福特、豐田等。
