Bejing WiseTec is a High Technology Company in providing proven High Quality and Reliable Monitoring Systems. Our systems have been used for years in many construction sites and they are designed for outdoor conditions. To achieve our mission, we use Monitoring Systems which are based upon the latest and modern 21st Century Machine-to-Machine (M2M) Technologies of Wire-less communications of (SMS/GSM/GPRS/3G), Internet Web based systems and Smart Sensors.
WiseTech is founded by two well-established companies of Tritech International Pte Ltd and SysEng (S) Pte Ltd. It represents the cross-disciplinary Team of professionals to bring the Latest and Best Technologies from the World to the Civil Engineering Sector.
With the tremendous growth in China, there are new developments in the infrastructures of Roads, Highways, Bridges, Tunnels, Utilities, Sewage facilities and Dams. As there are also many important Historical buildings around the country, there are challenges in building new faculties near these important historical sites. To shorten the development, these new facilities are built almost continuously for 24 hours a day. Hence the adjacent buildings must be monitored continuously. Any movements in these price-less buildings must be detected instantly in minutes so that the responsible people can help to prevent any further damage.
Using M2M technologies, these monitoring systems are man-less and more reliable. The system monitors thousands of sensors every 10 minutes for 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. It checks for movements without any need of human rest and do not slack in concentration. If any of the sensors exceed their preset limits, the system automatically generates Mobile Phone SMS alert messages. They are sent to the right person traveling anywhere in the world so that corrective actions can be taken to prevent further damage.

隨著中國的迅猛發(fā)展，新的基礎設施，比如公路，高速公路，橋梁，隧道，公用設施，排污系統(tǒng)，水壩等，正在大量的開發(fā)建設。由于國內(nèi)大量重要歷史古跡的存在，在這些重要史跡附近興建新的設施就充滿了挑戰(zhàn)。為了縮短發(fā)展周期，這些新設施的建設幾乎是24小時的連續(xù)作業(yè)。因此，其相鄰的建筑物也必須連續(xù)地監(jiān)測。對于那些有歷史意義的建筑物的任何影響，都必須立刻監(jiān)測，以便能夠及時采取行動，保護它們不受進一步的破損。
利用M2M技術，監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)會因為不受人為錯誤的影響而更加可靠。該系統(tǒng)可以全天侯地對成千上萬個傳感器進行監(jiān)控。如果任何傳感器的讀數(shù)超出了預設的警戒值，系統(tǒng)會自動發(fā)出手機簡訊警告。這些警告會發(fā)送給相關的人員，不管他們在世界的什么地方，以便采取有效的措施，進一步的損壞。
