北京中英衡達海事顧問有限公司（CMS）是由中國船級社實業公司（CCSI）和英國THOMAS MILLER公司共同出資組建的合資公司。2008年設立北京中英衡達海事顧問有限公司上海分公司。公司作為的第三方從事海事檢驗和咨詢業務，2010年成為TMN檢驗集團聯盟中國地區唯一的會員公司。我公司提供的技術報告和咨詢建議為高人民法院、有關海事主管部門、國內外航運界客戶所廣泛接受。

China Marine Services Company Ltd. is a joint venture between the China Classification Society Industrial Corporation (CCSI) and Thomas Miller P & I Ltd., providing surveying and consultancy services to the maritime industry in China and overseas. To undertake in time services, CMS has organized its service network in different ports along China's coastline, branch companies or offices at Shanghai, Guangzhou, Qingdao, Dalian, and also inland cities. CMS also has been invited to be a member of TMN survey group this year, which is the only legally agency in China, recognized by international cargo insurers.
