博西威家用電器有限公司，是博世和西門子家用電器集團(tuán)在中國的滾筒洗衣機(jī)生產(chǎn)基地，于1994年12月由博世和西門子家用電器集團(tuán)與無錫小天鵝股份有限公司合資創(chuàng)建，博世和西門子家用電器集團(tuán)持有60%的股份，投資總額達(dá)3,835萬美金，注冊資本2,930萬美金。經(jīng)批準(zhǔn)，無錫小天鵝股份有限公司于2011年10月將其所持有的40%股份轉(zhuǎn)讓給博西家用電器投資（中國）有限公司，至此博西威家用電器有限公司成為博世和西門子家電集團(tuán)的全資子公司。作為集團(tuán)在亞洲重要的洗衣機(jī)生產(chǎn)基地之一，公司生產(chǎn)滾筒洗衣機(jī)及干衣機(jī)產(chǎn)品主要面向中國市場，同時(shí)出口其他亞洲和歐洲國家。
博西威家用電器有限公司位于江蘇省無錫市國家高新技術(shù)開發(fā)區(qū)，工廠占地面積約24,900平方米，年產(chǎn)量超過700,000臺(tái)洗衣機(jī)，擁有員工400多名。公司全面引進(jìn)全自動(dòng)生產(chǎn)設(shè)備和生產(chǎn)技術(shù)，嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行德國質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn), 并始終致力于開發(fā)和生產(chǎn)具有德國品質(zhì)，適合中國家庭使用的洗衣干衣設(shè)備。
博西威公司信守有關(guān)環(huán)境保護(hù)、職業(yè)健康安全和質(zhì)量的承諾，先后獲得ISO9001質(zhì)量管理體系認(rèn)證、ISO14000環(huán)境管理體系認(rèn)證、OHSAS18001職業(yè)健康安全管理體系認(rèn)證，并通過了CCC(中國)認(rèn)證和VDE(德國)認(rèn)證。
BSW Household Appliances Co., Ltd. was established in December 1994 as a joint venture between BSH Bosch and Siemens Home Appliance Group and Wuxi Little Swan Co. Ltd. BSH holds 60% of the total share. The factory invested more than USD 38.35 million with a registered capital of USD 29.30 million. With the approval Wuxi Little Swan Co. Ltd. transferred its 40% equity interest to BSH Home Appliances Holding (China) Co., Ltd. in October 2011. BSW Household Appliances has become 100% subsidiary of BSH Group. It’s one of the most important manufacturing bases of washing machines for BSH in Asia. The front-loading washing machines and wash-dryers made here are sold mainly in China and partly exported to Asian and European countries.
The company is located in Wuxi National High-Tech Development Zone in Jiangsu Province. More than 400 employees are working in the factory and the factory has an area of about 24,887 square meters. Its annual production capacity reaches more than 700,000 units. Fully automatic production line and advanced production technology are used for producing washing machines and wash-dryers suitable for Chinese household. The company applies for the development and production the same stringent criteria as in Germany, the advanced technology and the excellent quality standards are the same in China as in Germany.
Due to its commitment to environment and quality, the company consecutively received certifications of ISO9001, ISO14001, OHSAS18001, CCC (China Compulsory Certification) and CCEL (China Certification for Environmental Labeling).
