我們的咨詢團隊目前已在新加坡、馬來西亞和中國，為超過200個項目（城鎮(zhèn)、商用大樓、住宅大廈、工廠、教學大樓及機場客運大樓等等）提供咨詢服務，達到節(jié)能及環(huán)保的目標；提升環(huán)境的舒適度；及降低建筑對環(huán)境的影響。

BSD evolved from research collaborations between the National University of Singapore and the Building and Construction Authority (BCA) Singapore. Incorporated in the Republic of Singapore since 2003, we are pioneers in providing specialised and independent consultancy services in the field of energy and environmentally sustainable building designs, energy audits and optimization; and carbon footprinting and reduction strategies.

We built strong alliances with established international institutions and major industry players, allowing us to conduct large scale research and development projects and provide continuous educational programs in the realms of sustainable building design and engineering.

Our consultancy teams in Singapore, Malaysia and China have led more than 200 developments (townships, commercial complexs, residential buildings, industrial plants, institutional buildings, airports and other facilities in meeting and exceeding their energy and environmental targets, improve comfort conditions and reducing their environmental footprint.

We are geared towards enhancing the whole life performance of our built environment.
