Most of the company employees have the working experience for many years in large government owned enterprises or joint Venture of aircraft engine components manufacturing. Now we have total 92 employees, include 6 manufacturing engineers in Engineering Department , 11 employees in Quality Department and 60 full-skilled operators. Company team is very young, average age of our employees is below 26. 80% employees have college or higher education background.
