Star Micro Electronic Technology Co. Ltd (SMET) is an innovative power semiconductor company founded by UESTC, Science and Technology Bureau of Chengdu City, academician of Chinese Academy of Sciences Prof. Chen Xingbi, a group of famous Chinese investors in high technology industries and an outstanding management team.
