一汽富維海拉車燈有限公司（以下簡稱富維-海拉公司）是長春一汽富維汽車零部件股份有限公司與德國海拉公司于2012年3月共同投資設立的中外合資企業，坐落在享有中國汽車搖籃美譽的吉林省長春市。公司總部位于長春市汽車經濟技術開發區西湖大路8577號，注冊資本貳億元。成都一汽富維海拉為長春一汽富維海拉的全資子公司，主要為一汽大眾成都及佛山工廠配套車燈產品。富維-海拉公司主要產品為汽車前燈、尾燈、霧燈、高位剎車燈等各類車燈產品，經營范圍包括：生產、設計、開發、測試和銷售各類車燈及安裝車燈的電子器件。公司先期主要立足于一汽市場，并逐步拓展國內及國際市場。
富維-海拉公司十分注重人才的選拔和培養，成立至今已先后實施了“焊接工藝”、“車燈電子”、“CATIA5”、“實驗室測量與檢驗”等四十余項專業技能培訓。公司不僅聘請國內外來長對員工進行系統的培訓，也定期將的團隊成員送至海拉南京研發中心及國外海拉研發中心進行實地學習。

Hella Faway Automotive Lighting Co. Ltd. (HFL) was founded in March, 2012 as a 51/49 joint venture shared between Changchun Faway Automotive Components Co. Ltd., and Hella KGaA Hueck & Co. It is located in the city of Changchun, Jilin Province, China, the well-known city as the cradle of the China automotive industry. The company’s registered capital is 200 Million RMB.According to the business plan, HFL is in Process to establish a Development Center in Changchun and parallel a Manufacturing Location for Automotive Lighting Products in Chengdu. The main products of the Joint Venture are headlamp, rear lamp, fog lamp and Centered High Mounted Stop Lamp etc.
With the strong support of both FAW-Group and Hella-Group, HFL will apply advanced technology into product design, development and manufacturing. HFL will deliver competitive products and services for FAW-VW/Audi, FAW-Car Company, FAW-Truck Company as well as FAW-Toyota in the future. The Joint Venture will develop further domestic market as well as international market step by step.
HFL focuses on talent development and education. We have almost 40 trainings such as “Welding training”, “Introduction to Laboratory Testing (Lighting electronics, Environmental, Mechanical and Chemical) training”, “CATIA V5”, “Customer Requirements Management training”, etc.
