Our company was founded in 2014 by Andreas W. Wylach and Mario Steinitz. Our founders draw their skills from decades of knowledge and experience as software developers and IT consultants.
我們的企業與2014年由Andreas先生（德）和Mario先生(德)聯手創辦。作為軟件開發者以及IT行業的資深顧問，兩位創始人憑借他們過去多年的技術和經驗，聯手打造了我們的企業。公司從創立之初，就憑借先進的技術以及德國人特有的沉穩，為企業今后的發展打下了堅實的基礎。
Since 1996, Andreas W. Wylach has been actively developing Internet software solutions and working as a reliable freelance partner of several companies and web agencies. As of 2011, he founded the IOc3 GmbH in Germany, which specializes in the conception and development of web-based software solutions for small and medium sized businesses.
從1996年開始，Andreas先生就積極的參與和從事互聯網的軟件開發和解決方案；同時還為眾多的企業和互聯網機構提供專業的咨詢服務和自由撰稿。2011年，他在德國正式成立了IOc3 Gmbh。該公司專注于為中小型企業提供網站以及軟件相關產品的架構和研發。
Independently and around the same time (1997), Mario Steinitz founded his sole proprietorship, Mario Grotke. He offered network, hardware and software solutions for small and medium sized companies as well as for public enterprises and organizations. His legal business name changed to Mario Steinitz Consulting in 2006, as the business focus shifted to ITconsulting, adaptation and extension of standard software,.and the development of fully functional, personalized software solutions.
與此同時，在1997年，Mario先生成立了他自己的企業：Mario Grotke。 他專注與為中小型企業和公共部門和組織提供專業的互聯網、軟件及硬件相關的解決方案。他的企業與2006年更名為Mario Steinits咨詢公司。同時，業務范圍也轉變為信息技術的顧問、標準軟件產品的技術編譯和擴展、為客戶提供更加多樣化，個性化的軟件產品解決方案。
As a result of their continuing growth and globalization, both companies expanded their business activities abroad, where they started working together successfully in joint projects. It quickly became apparent that they pursued similar objectives, constituting a mutual enrichment for their customers.
隨著企業的不斷壯大和發展，他們原有的企業不斷的拓展海內外業務（從原德國發展到歐盟后至**），他們不斷的在合作的項目中進行磨合與相互融合。很顯然，在發展的過程中，他們都在向著同一個目標所努力和前進，那就是為客戶提供一個更加的產品，幫助客戶做到價值大化。
With the expansion and strengthening of this cooperation, project management and quality assurance processes were standardized and given a new and sole legal base with STURM Ltd.
隨著**化合作的不斷加強，為了更好的管理和保證產品質量，也為了確保工程的實施符合標準，一個全新的公司：風暴中國，就這樣誕生了。
