東莞市得樂多食品有限公司前身是東莞二輕集團旗下的“廣東省東莞市得樂多工業公司”，位于廣東四大名鎮之一石龍鎮，公司的歷史可追溯到合作社年代，歷經數十載的變更發展及資產重組，業已形成以乳酸菌飲料為龍頭四大產品系列的中型食品企業。得樂多是中國乳酸菌飲品的開拓者，果凍布丁的生產歷史走在全國前列。
歷年來，無論產品或企業本身都得到多方機構及廣大消費者的認可與好評，獲得省級以上單位頒發的獎項二十余項，如“全國食品行業質量效益先進企業”、“中國食品博覽會金獎”、“產品質量信得過企業稱號”、“中國食品工業協會推薦產品”“食品衛生信譽度等級A級”等榮譽。

今天的企業已經發展成一個擁有5500平方米工業用地，廠房建筑面積達12000平方米，并擁有近兩萬平方米農場資源的頗具規模的中型企業。多年來，公司在推行全面質量管理（TQM）的同時注重環保意識，采用環保型材料包裝，公司已通過國際知名認證機構“DNV（挪威船級社）”的ISO9001：2000國際質量管理體系認證。
公司以生產健康時尚的營養食品為宗旨，發揮多元化產品優勢，現有品種上百款，其中主導產品有：乳酸菌飲品系列、果凍布丁系列、糖果餅干系列、果汁產品系列。
得樂實施以人為本的人才戰略，公司擁有大專以上學歷及專業技術職稱人員80余人，為加強技術力量，特聘請了科研、大學等單位的在職及教授兼任技術顧問，公司每年投入大量經費用于職員培訓的及產品科研，公司業已形成了在決策上運籌帷幄的經理人階層，縝密敬業的管理人階層，勤勉踏實的職員作業層，公司日趨完善的激勵機制為每一位成員提供了廣闊的發展舞臺。

DONGGUANG DEROD FOODS CO., LTD. is located in Shilong Town, one of the Four Famous Towns in Guangdong Province, China. It was founded in the times of cooperative society, and only produced malt dust and sweet grapefruit hull. Since its development for decades and restructuring of asset, Derod has established the yoghurt drinks as its leading product. Derod was the exploiter of yoghurt products in China, meanwhile its jelly & pudding series has a long history in the country. Derod products are favorable and have enjoyed a good reputation among consumers.
For many years, whether our products or our enterprise is accredited or praised highly by many concerned organizations and consumers. We have won numerous prizes, such as "Advanced Enterprise of Quality and Efficiency of National Food Industry", "Gold Prize of China Food Fair", "Product Quality Reliable Enterprise", "Recommended Products by China National Food Industry Association", etc.
Our company mainly produces healthy & nutritious food. Now there are more than 100 varieties. The key products are: yoghurt drink series, jelly & budding series, candy & biscuit series, and fruit juice products. The newly developed products are: natural fruit juice series, sour milk series and candy floss series. All the products have gone through strict quality inspection and quality assurance, and the packaging is delicate. Our products are distributed to China and Southeast Asian countries. Owing to the restructure of the company, Derod Company has kept an increasing growth of achievement, the products are more perfect and higher position in this field.
