二、 發動機平衡器任職要求
工作職責:
1、與公司共同開發設計轎車四缸發動機平衡器總成及零部件的圖紙,對平衡軸不平衡量的測定和控制來滿足抵消發動機二次往復慣性力的要求和可靠性要求,同時完成齒輪、襯套、平衡軸等疲勞強度計算,滿足使用壽命要求。
2、對工藝、工裝量檢具的設計進行先期策劃指導和評審,對設計存在的不足給出改進意見。
3、為工裝樣件制造提供先進加工設備、檢測儀器的信息。
4、對四缸發動機平衡器總成的工裝樣件制造進行技術指導。
5、對平衡器總成的不平衡量進行分析,并指導平衡軸工裝樣件制造和測量。
6、對四缸發動機平衡器總成的裝配進行技術指導,對裝配中發現的問題及時整改,確保滿足平衡器總成要求。
7、根據臺架試驗和道路可靠性試驗的數據及時提出改進措施。
Job responsibilities:
1. To develop and design balancer assembly of four-cylinder engine for cars as well as the drawings of components. To measure and control the unbalancing amount of the balancer shaft so as to meet with the requirements to offset the secondary reciprocating inertial force as well as the requirements of its reliability. Meanwhile to accomplish the fatigue strengthen calculation in terms of gear, bush and balance shaft so as to meet with the requirements of running life.
2. to guide and evaluate the APQP designing work in terms of engineering as well as the tools of the inspection instrument. To provide the improvement opinions on the shortcomings existed in designing.
3. To provide the information of the advanced equipment for manufacturing of the tools as well as the information of the inspection instrument.
4. To provide the technical guidance for the manufacturing of the tool sample products used for the four-cylinder engine balancer assembly.
5. To analyze the unbalancing amount of the balancer assembly and to provide the guidance to the measurement as well as the manufacturing of the balance shaft.
6. To provide the technical guidance to the assembling of the four cylinder balancer assembly and to promptly rectify and reform the problems occurred during assembling so as to meet with the requirements of the balancer assembly.
7. To quickly provide measures for improvements according to the data of bench test and road reliability test.
項目的關鍵技術:
平衡軸不平衡量的測定和控制以及平衡器總成壽命和可靠性要求等是本項目的關鍵技術所在,具體設計到工藝方面包括如下幾點:
1、殼體、平衡軸的毛坯強度大、鑄造精度要求高。由于裝配空間限制,殼體壁厚尺寸薄,因此需采用熱型模鑄造,控制毛坯的疏松、氣孔等鑄造缺陷,確保高強度和精度的要求。
2、上、下殼體孔與孔之間位置度0.03mm,組裝后平衡軸對安裝基準孔位置度0.006mm,精度非常高,只有采用先進的工藝和進口的加工中心、高精度外圓磨床,才能保證其要求;由于平衡軸的不平衡量是用來抵消四缸發動機產生二次往復慣性力的震動,平衡軸不平衡量相互差不能超過3%,這就需要在加工、組裝過程中來測定和修正不平衡量,因此需要先進技術和進口的高精度不平衡檢測儀器,才能滿足需求。
3、平衡器與發動機連接,要求平衡器傳動平穩,噪音在78db以下,因此,齒輪設計需齒形、齒向全面修形和高精度的設備來保證。
Key technology:
The key technology of this project lies in how to measure
and control the unbalancing amount of balancer shaft and the requirements of running life and the reliability of the balancer assembly. The detailed requirements relating to the workmanships are involved in the following aspects:
The strength of the rough cast of the case and balancing shaft require bigger strength, and higher forging accuracy. Because of the limited assembling space and the wall thickness of the case is very thin, it needs to be forged by with hot model and meanwhile the forging defects have to be controlled in terms of porosity and air hole of the rough cast so as to ensure the requirements of high strength and high accuracy.
The position of holes of the up and down case is 0.03mm.After assembling, the position of the balance shaft to the installation datum hole is 0.006mm, the accuracy is so high that only by using advanced engineering and the imported machining center as well as the high precision cylindrical grinder can the requirements be ensured. The unbalancing amount of the balancing shaft is used to offset the vibration coming from the secondary reciprocating inertial force caused by four-cylinder engine, the differences of the unbalancing amount between the two balancing shafts can not exceed more than 3%. So it requires to measure and modify the unbalancing amount during the processing and assembling. Therefore, only by using advanced technology and imported unbalancing inspection instruments of high accuracy, can it meet with the requirements.
Balancer is connected with engine, the balancer requires smoothly transmission, and the noise of balancer requires to be below 78db. The gears designing need to be guaranteed by the overall modification of gear profile and gear lead and by the utilization of the equipment of high accuracy.
三、 發動機正時齒輪需要解決的問題
1、目前產品壽命50-80萬公里,需要提升到100萬公里;
2、目前產品噪聲:氮化齒輪在82-85db,磨齒齒輪在 78-86db ,需要進一步降低和穩定;
3、產品加工工藝主要為滲碳淬火磨齒和調質氮化剃齒兩條主線,自身認為過程效率低、成本高,需要采用先進的工藝或者對現行的工藝、加工方法進行改進。
4、可以考慮在產品結構、材料等設計方面進行改進。
5、減少熱處理后齒輪變形。
The mechanical specialist specialized in timing gear of engine for
automobile
The problems required to be soled by the specialist of the timing gears of engine for automobile:
1、 At present, the running life of the gears has reached 0.5-0.8 million Km. The target of one million Km running life needs to be achieved
2、The present noise status of the products remains at: the nitriding gear noise is 82-85db and the carburizing gear noise is 78-86db, both needs to be further lowered and stabilized.
3、The main processing engineering for the manufacturing of the products consists of two ways----- No.1 is gear grinding after the gears have been carburized and quenched; No.2 is gear shaving after the gears have been nitrided and tempered & quenched. We have found that both of the engineering technologies have the defects of low efficiency and high cost .Therefore ,the advanced workmanship needs to be adopted or further improvements should be made on the current workmanship and the ways of processing.
4、It needs to be considered to improve the designing work in terms of product structure, the raw materials and so on.
5、Try to reduce the gear deformation after the heat treat.
