廣東省建科建筑設(shè)計院成立于1972年，是華南地區(qū)信譽卓著的設(shè)計公司，前身是廣東省建筑科學(xué)研究院下屬建筑室。
本院一貫以“誠信、求實、開拓、創(chuàng)新”為宗旨，具有完善的管理制度，良好的工作環(huán)境和個人發(fā)展空間，的團隊協(xié)作精神，而富有朝氣的集體，濃厚的學(xué)習(xí)鉆研氣氛。更以“守法誠信，公正科學(xué)”為宗旨，堅持認(rèn)真、務(wù)實的工作作風(fēng)，誠實地為業(yè)主提供全過程、的建筑設(shè)計工程。通過大家的共同努力，近年來我院實現(xiàn)了跳躍性的發(fā)展，成為一家有較強實力，較高聲譽的工程設(shè)計單位。并擁有業(yè)內(nèi)的團隊和工作團隊，形成實戰(zhàn)派、咨詢派的有機結(jié)合。公司管理人員和核心技術(shù)人員具有豐富實踐經(jīng)驗和高度理論水平，具有教授、高級工程師、注冊一級建筑師等中高級職稱。現(xiàn)已通過ISO9001質(zhì)量管理體系，OSH18001職業(yè)安全健康管理體系、ISO14001環(huán)境管理體系認(rèn)證。
迄今，本院已出色地完成多項設(shè)計工程，傾心為客戶和社會奉獻(xiàn)許多符合專業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的建筑作品，奠定了堅實的技術(shù)和管理基礎(chǔ)，取得了良好的社會和經(jīng)濟效益，并獲得各界的廣泛好評，贏得良好信譽。
設(shè)計院擁有一支技術(shù)素質(zhì)高、專業(yè)配套齊全、技術(shù)裝備先進(jìn)、經(jīng)驗豐富而精干的設(shè)計隊伍。專業(yè)技術(shù)人員300余人；其中擁有高級職稱人員49人；一級注冊結(jié)構(gòu)師20人；一級注冊建筑師 人，注冊公用設(shè)備工程師6人；電氣工程師2人，以及注冊城市規(guī)劃師7人；水、電、空各項專業(yè)配套設(shè)備齊全，綜合實力雄厚。堅持“揚科研優(yōu)勢，創(chuàng)設(shè)計”的辦院方針，多年來我院設(shè)計了大量的各種類型各具特色的多、高層建筑，完成了一批配套完善的小區(qū)規(guī)劃及大中型建設(shè)項目。
JianKe Architecture Design Institute of Guangdong Province, established in 1972. is one of the top design institutions in South China, which developed from architecture department of Guangdong Province Academy of Building Research．
The institute is always punctuated by "sincerity, practice, exploitation, innovation" as the tenet, with perfect managerial system, good working environment, personal development space, excellent teamwork spirit, vigorous collective, and strong study atmosphere. In addition, we also take "law-abiding integrity, fair and scientific" as the purpose, adhere to the earnest, practical work style, and honestly provide full range of designs: architectural design, urban design, municipal engineering design, decorative design, prospective design and etc.
Through the joint effort of the staff, we got great development in recent years, and became an institute with strong strength and high reputation .We have the leading expert team and work team , forming the organic bond of real experience and consultation. Project managers and core technical personnel of the company have rich practical experience and high theoretical level, with senior title such as professor, senior engineer, 1st class registered architect, etc. Now our institute has passed the ISO9001 quality management system, OSH18001 on occupational safety and health management system, ISO14001 environmental management system certification.
So far, our institute has successfully complete several projects with professional standard, laying a solid technical and management foundation, gaining good social and economic benefits, obtaining widespread praise and enjoying a good reputation.
The institute has a team with high quality, professional technology, advanced technical equipment and experienced. We have more than 300 specialized technical people, 75 of them are senior engineer. Besides, 20 are A national level of registrations structural engineers, 10 are A national level of registrations architects, 6 are registered utility equipment engineers, and 8 are registered urban planners .We have professional equipment and solid comprehensive strength. Adhere to the policy of “making use of scientific advantages, creating excellent design”, we designed a lot of high-rise buildings with various types, completed a number of community plans including well-established facilities and construction projects.
