截至2007年12月31日，公司注冊資本20億元，合并報表資產總額974.30億元，歸屬母公司股東權益142.41億元；2007年實現主營業務收入170.99億元，實現利潤總額113.97億元，歸屬母公司所有者的凈利潤75.86億元。

公司控股廣發華福證券有限責任公司、廣發基金管理有限公司、廣發期貨有限公司及廣發控股（香港）有限公司, 廣發信德投資等5家子公司，并參股易方達基金管理有限公司，初步形成了跨越證券、基金、期貨領域的金融控股集團架構。
