Dragon Mountain Gold has entered into co-operative joint venture agreements in respect of the Lixian Gold Project in Gansu Province with a significant counterparty named the subsidiaries of Gansu Non-Ferrous Metallurgical Bureau at Lixian in the Long Jin Joint Venture and the Long Ao Joint Venture
The Lixian Gold Project contains a major outcropping gold system within which large scale, structurally controlled high grade mineralization.
