Founded by the Marshall family in 1937, the Bama Companies located in Tulsa, Oklahoma in the United States. Starting as a maker of fresh pecan pies for local restaurants, Bama's growth in creased rapidly when in 1963 Paul and Lilah Marshall developed and began selling apple pies to McDonald's. Since that time, Bama has grown to become a multinational food processor with six subsidiaries serving customers with various baked products in North, Central and South America and throughout Asia.
BAMA have three jointed venture company. Beijing Bama Food Processing Co., Ltd, Beijing Baijiayi Food Co., Ltd, GZ Bama Food Co., Ltd. Beijing Bama Food PCo., Ltd was founded in September 1992 as a supplier of fried pies to McDonald's in the People's Republic of China. The main product is pie. Beginning in 1999, Beijing Bama began exporting their pies to Hong Kong, Singapore and, in 2000, Korea, Malaysia, Philippines. In the near future, our products can also found in Japan and Indonesia. Beijing Baijiayi support cake & ice noodles to McDonald's or other Famous brand.GZ GZ Bama Food Co., Ltd located in GZ Yonghe Economic Zone, found in Sep 2008, the main product are cake & bud.
位于美國俄克拉荷馬州圖爾薩市的美國百麥公司成立于1937年，其創始人為歇爾夫婦。百麥成立初期為當地餐館供應新鮮焙烤派，隨著公司的迅速發展，1963年保羅.馬歇爾成為麥當勞蘋果派供應商。從那時起，百麥逐漸發展成為擁有六家分司的綜合性食品加工商，為北美,中美、南美及亞洲地區的客戶供應不同風味的焙烤產品。
百麥在中國擁有三家中外合資公司：北京百麥食品加工有限公司，北京百嘉宜食品有限公司，廣州百麥食品有限公司。北京百麥食品加工有限公司為中國麥當勞指定的風味派供應商。公司成立于1992年9月，產品主要為派，1999年開始供應香港，新加坡市場。從在2000年開始，又出口到韓國、馬來西亞、菲律賓，日本，印度尼西亞等國。北京百嘉宜食品有限公司主要為麥咖啡提供蛋糕及各大品牌公司提供冷面團。廣州百麥食品有限公司位于蘿崗的永和開發區，總占地面積7110M2，于2008年9月奠基成立，2009年6月正式投產。主要為麥當勞廣東省地區供應漢堡包。在2011年開始，公司開始為麥咖啡提供蛋糕。
