德生五金機械有限公司創(chuàng)立于1973年，原是一間以香港為總部的國際性貿(mào)易公司。公司創(chuàng)立時主要業(yè)務為五金、鋼材及制鞋機械，1978年進入汽車修補油漆及鈑金設備業(yè)務領域，1981進入中國貿(mào)易領域，至1996年在大陸共成立了8家分公司。1997年與上海大眾合資成立了“上海德大化工有限公司”，發(fā)展汽車修補油漆業(yè)務，1999 與上海大眾合資成立了“上海大眾德生企業(yè)發(fā)展有限公司”，發(fā)展汽車銷后服務的設備及工具業(yè)務。
1996年8月廣州德生五金機械有限公司成立，作為德生五金機械有限公司的廣州分公司。經(jīng)過十幾年的發(fā)展，經(jīng)營范圍和業(yè)務能力不斷擴大，并于2009年9月更名為廣州德生貿(mào)易有限公司。

TackSang Machinery& Metal Co., Ltd was founded in 1973, was originally a Hong Kong-based international trading company, which main business lines in hardware, steel and shoe-making machinery. In 1978, its business expanded into car repair paint and sheet metal equipment area. TackSang began its business in mainland China in 1981, till 1996 it has established 8 branches all over China. In 1977, it cooperated with Shanghai Volkswagen Co. and set up joint venture TakSang Chemical Co., Ltd. In 1999, it cooperated with Shanghai Volkswagen and set up joint venture Shanghai Volkswagen TackSang Enterprise Development Co., Ltd. Both joint ventures were to develop the automotive after-sales service of equipment and tools business in mainland China.

Guangzhou TackSang Machinery& Metal Co., Ltd was founded in August, 1996 as a branch of TackSang Machinery& Metal Co., Ltd. After more than ten years of development, its business scope and operational capabilities continue to expand, and in September 2009 changed its name to Guangzhou TackSang Trading Co., Ltd.
