瑞士DGS集團公司成立于1925年,主要為著名汽車制造商如德國大眾汽車公司、戴姆勒克萊斯勒汽車公司生產汽車鋁合金、鎂合金壓鑄件（其中40%以上用于寶馬、奔馳品牌轎車）。DGS在**有三家分廠，分別在瑞士、捷克、中國廣州，中國廣州南沙工廠成立于2007年，2013年公司增資擴產，在廣州南沙珠江工業區成立新工廠（廣州德志金屬制品有限公司），計劃近兩年在中國廣州南沙投資規模將達到3500萬美金。廣州德志金屬制品有限公司是國內目前首家生產汽車結構件的制造商。公司擁有的管理和技術隊伍，在汽車壓鑄件方面的技術處于業界水平。公司以客戶為中心，以專業精神創新產品，不斷改善產品的質量，以滿足客戶的需求。
