The website takes human as the core element to build an interactive travelling marketing platform mainly for travel enthusiast, employees in tourism industry, travel agents to attract and train highly qualified personnel to enter the tourism industry for work.

1、我們不僅在商業模式和網站內容方面有獨特的體系，網站的呈現形式也要力求創新，其風格與框架應該是什么樣子，希積極思考， 關于網站的呈現形式，已和北京的朋友等作過溝通，是否確定按這個想法去開發，或者有沒有更新、更細的創意？
We not only have unique system in the business model and website content, the present form of website should be innovative, what about its style and framework, please actively consider it.
For the present form of website, I have discussed with friends in Beijing, Yuan Fuosheng and other colleagues, whether to develop as this idea, or any other updated or finer concepts?

2、先開發國際站,為世界主要旅游客源國來華旅游提供專業的營銷和平臺服務，以及線下的地接服務(英文/日文/韓文/俄語等),
To develop international site firstly to provide professional marketing and service platform for the world's major tourist source countries to China, as well as off line ground access services (English / Japanese / Korean / Russian. etc)
3、在國際站的基礎上開發中國站(針對國內旅游市場和環境)
To develop Chinese site on the basis of international site (for the domestic tourism market and environment)
4、網站開發有兩個對象：
a. 面向旅行社從業者、專業人員等注冊用戶（這個是重點，方便從業者上傳景點照片，線路，文字編輯等內容信息）
b. 面向旅游愛好者（網頁設計方面：注重生活/休閑化，娛樂/趣味性等）
There are two objects for website development:

5、網站開發過程中，同步開發ERP專業管理操作軟件，這部份工作已經進行，重點是軟件與網站的融合，按網站的需求作改變，

6、ERP管理操作軟件包括：組團/地接/分銷系統，6月中旬將新開發完成 美國境內操作系統/入境銷售操作系統，軟件是為網站服務的，如何有效地融合，這點值得多思考。
ERP management and operating software includes group, ground access, distribution system, and the United States domestic operating system and entry sales operating system will be newly developed in late April. Software serves website and how to effectively integrate?
This point needs more consideration. The website is planed to be online on Oct, 2012, forming initial user basis within three months.


7、本次項目開發要能經受業界考驗，能承受大流量的訪問，以及用戶的使用和訪問，在技術方面、后期擴展、國際化等要作一個系統的思考與規劃，
This project development should undergo industry test and large flow of visit, as well as use and visit from foreign users. It requires a systematic thinking and planning in technology, latter expansion and internationalization.

2013年上半年融資80到100萬美元，完成初始融資，以推動項目的商業化運營，包括市場推廣，網站旅游誠信標準體系的建設及實施, 在線交易體系與相關支持性軟件的開發,團款支付與劃撥，
大限度地減少交易障礙與摩擦,積極促成旅游者/從業者/旅行社三者之間有效地溝通和信息的共享。
Financing 0.8-1 million U.S. dollars in the first half of 2013 to complete initial financing to promote the commercial operation of project, including market promotion, construction and implementation of tourism website integrity standard system, online trading system and related supporting software development, group pay and allocating to largely reduce trade barriers and friction, so as to actively promote the effective communication and information share between the tourists, practitioners and travel agents
