榮益（香港）有限公司是一家專業(yè)提供工廠審核，驗貨服務，貨柜監(jiān)裝的第三方驗貨公司，承接中國大陸所有地區(qū)驗廠、驗貨、監(jiān)裝服務。團隊致力于向客戶提供專業(yè)的檢驗及質(zhì)量技術服務，為客戶提高市場占有率和降低檢驗成本而努力！驗貨范圍涉及家電、家具、五金工具、紡織產(chǎn)品、不銹鋼日用品、工藝禮品、日用或藝術陶瓷、蠟燭制品、玻璃制品、柳編、藤編、服裝鞋帽、服裝輔料、塑膠、木制品、玩具、文具、包袋、禮贈品、雜貨、節(jié)日用品、野營用品、廚房用品、浴室用品、瘦身美容、健身系列產(chǎn)品等。

三、服務項目(Service)

1、供應商評估：我們接受客戶的委托，按照產(chǎn)品所需的要求，我們的專業(yè)檢查人員對工廠進行一次整體評估: 如生產(chǎn)該產(chǎn)品的設備、夾具、所需的原材料和文件是否齊全? 是否和客 戶的要求一致? 還有工廠以前的質(zhì)量控制文記錄是否有效地控制產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量等等。在這一階段，我們向客人提供工廠的有關詳細信息如: 生產(chǎn)能力、質(zhì)量控制能力等重要信息。
Supplier evaluation:
We accept the consignment of client, according to the request, our professional inspectors will first conduct an overall assessment of the factory: such as if has enough equipments, fixtures, raw materials & files, and all of the things if match customer’s requirements?
Also factory’s quality control record whether effective to control the quality of the products and so on.
At this stage, we offer our guests much information as possible of the factory: production capacity, quality control, and other important information.

2、初期驗貨：我們的檢查員在工廠剛開拉時，嚴格按照我們的規(guī)格指引認真規(guī)范地檢查所有生產(chǎn)物料、配件及生產(chǎn)方式等并與所持客戶確認樣板驗證，確保生產(chǎn)出來的產(chǎn)品與樣板相符!
Initial Production Inspection:
When the production begins, our inspectors will check all of the productions materials, parts, and production methods carefully, in strict accordance with our specification guide specifications, avoids unnecessary delays and costs to the mass production, ensure the manufactured products correspond to the model

3、中期驗貨： 我們的檢查員在生產(chǎn)中期，隨意從半成品或已包裝好的部份成品中抽取樣本來檢查和做有關的詳細測試,及時發(fā)現(xiàn)識別早期問題，以免造成大量不良品的繼續(xù)生產(chǎn)， 并建議有效的改善措施并及時反饋給客。 在這一階段，我們會及早發(fā)現(xiàn)問題及提出改良方案，并預知客戶生產(chǎn)的效率和完成的時間。
During Production Inspection:
Our inspector choose some sample from semi-finished and finished products to check and do the detailed test, timely identify early problems, to avoid a lot of defective products production, also propose effective improvement measures & feedback to our customer.
At this stage, we will detect problems and advise improvement programmes, predict the efficiency production and finish time.


4、尾期驗貨：當產(chǎn)品全部裝完畢或包裝好八成以上，我們的檢查員會嚴格按照AQL抽樣標準檢查產(chǎn)品的包裝方法、數(shù)量，詳細檢查產(chǎn)品的外觀.功能及有關的測試,是否符合客戶的要求和與確認樣板是否一致 在這一階段，我們對整批貨作出總體的評估，確保整批產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量，以免不良品流到客戶的手上，并及時通知客戶安排貨期或處理方法。
Last inspection:
When the products are finish and packed already or packed over 80%, we will check the products in strict accordance with AQL sampling standard packing, quantity, appearance. And other relates function tests. To make sure if it is match the model provide by customer.
at this stage, we will have a overall assessment of all the goods, ensuring the quality of all of the goods, in order to avoid defective products flow into the customer's hands, and promptly notify the customer to arrange delivery or processing methods.


5、駐廠檢驗：全程質(zhì)量控制—為了避免大的和長期的訂單因質(zhì)量或貨期而受到影響，我們將會派QC常駐工廠進行全程跟蹤檢驗，從生產(chǎn)開始進料，中期生產(chǎn)，到后出貨。我們 的服務使質(zhì)量和貨期得到保證。
In-factory inspection:
Full quality control-in order to avoid large & long-term orders will effected by quality or delivery, Our QC will keep stay in the factory to do the inspection: from the production feed, medium-term production, until shipment.
Our perfect service makes the quality and delivery time guaranteed.

6、全檢驗貨：如果產(chǎn)品價格較高且質(zhì)量要求十分嚴格，將會百分百進行全檢，每個產(chǎn)品經(jīng)過我們檢驗員的檢查，你將會大大的降低了風險。
100% inspection:
We suggest 100% inspection if the goods’ price is very high and the quality requirements are very strict.
It will greatly reduce your risk after check one by one by our inspectors.

7、貨柜監(jiān)裝：本公司的檢驗人員會身處裝貨現(xiàn)場，實地地對貨柜的完好，所裝物品及數(shù)量、標簽、和包裝材料是否和訂單要求一致， 在裝柜過程中產(chǎn)品有無損壞及數(shù)量不足等，確保符合客戶指定的要求,并現(xiàn)場拍攝相關的圖片作為實證。
Container Loading Supervision:
Our QC will in the loading scene, to make sure it is under the request by the customer: container is fine, packed items and quantities, label, package material are the same with the orders, no damage products act. To ensure match customer’s requirements and will take picture as evidence.
