2007年6月，利安德巴賽爾在廣州市南沙開發區投資建設改性聚烯烴混合料生產基地。工廠于2008年12月建成投產，并以此為契機進入正在快速發展的中國市場，尤其是蓬勃發展的中國華南市場。在未來的幾年中，公司計劃將在該生產基地投入4條生產線體，擁有4萬噸的生產能力。工廠的產品主要面向汽車、電器和工業應用等市場。
