廣州新成機械技術有限公司前身是廣州市花都區鑫貝達機械廠。工廠成立于2003年8月28日，主要致力于便攜式系列機床的開發、設計和應用的研究工作。至2004年6月，工廠共開發出便攜式法蘭端面車床、便攜式平面銑床和便攜式鏜孔機三類產品。2004年8月，工廠與廣州中船黃埔造船有限公司簽定了兩臺不同型號的便攜式法蘭端面車床，制造并成功交付使用。 The precedent of Guangzhou Xincheng Machine Technology Co., Ltd. is Guangzhou Huadu Xinbeida Machinery Plant. Founded in August 28, 2003, the plant is dedicated to development, design and application of portable machine tools. Till June 2004, the plant has developed three types of products, i.e. portable flange end face lathe, portable plane milling machine and portable boring machine. In August 2004, the plant signed with CSSC Guangzhou Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. to manufacture two different types of portable flange end face lathe, and finalized with successful delivery. 2004年9月27日，廣州新成機械技術有限公司正式成立，公司注冊資金50萬元，目前公司員工49人。公司繼續致力于便攜式系列機床的開發、設計和制造工作。共開發制造出8種規格的便攜式法蘭端面車床、2種規格的便攜式平面銑床和7種規格的便攜式鏜孔機，并且開發出便攜式錐度鏜孔機、便攜式鍵槽刨床、便攜式軸端車床等等。目前，公司已經擁有16項機器發明專利和實用新型專利。 In Sep. 27, 2004, Guangzhou Xincheng Machine Technology Co., Ltd. was officially founded with a registered capital of RMB 500,000.00. Now the company has 49 employees. The company will continue to focus on development, design and manufacture of portable machine tools. Till now the company has developed and manufactured 8 types of portable flange end face lathes, 2 types of portable plane milling machine and 7 types of portable boring machine. And the company has also developed the portable bevel boring machine, portable keyway planer and portable axis end lathe.
