瑪涅蒂瑪瑞利集團(tuán)目前在中國建有五家獨(dú)資企業(yè)：1996年，廣州馬瑞利汽車儀表有限公司成立，其主要產(chǎn)品為：電子儀表、車身電子模塊等；2000年，馬瑞利動(dòng)力系統(tǒng)（上海）有限公司成立，其主要產(chǎn)品為電子控制單元、進(jìn)氣歧管模塊（包括節(jié)氣門體、傳感器、油軌、噴嘴等）和包含三元催化器的全套排氣系統(tǒng)；2003年，馬瑞利汽車零部件（蕪湖）有限公司在安徽蕪湖成立，其主要產(chǎn)品為塑料進(jìn)氣歧管、噴油嘴、選速器和車燈等高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)品。2011年，馬瑞利汽車零部件（長沙）有限公司成立，其主要產(chǎn)品為汽車排氣系統(tǒng)。2012年，馬瑞利汽車照明系統(tǒng)（佛山）有限公司成立，其主要產(chǎn)品為車燈，并在長春和合肥成立了新的合資公司，主要產(chǎn)品為動(dòng)力系統(tǒng)和排氣系統(tǒng)等產(chǎn)品。
2012年年底，菲亞特集團(tuán)下屬子公司瑪涅蒂—馬瑞利集團(tuán)與合肥江淮汽車有限公司牽手合肥經(jīng)開區(qū)，建立合肥馬瑞利排氣系統(tǒng)有限公司，雙方計(jì)劃合作建設(shè)汽車排氣系統(tǒng)及其零部件項(xiàng)目，初期達(dá)產(chǎn)后可實(shí)現(xiàn)年產(chǎn)47.9萬套排放控制系統(tǒng)、39.6萬只、10萬只催化轉(zhuǎn)換器、5萬只尾喉、5萬只歧管的生產(chǎn)能力，計(jì)劃到“十二五”末產(chǎn)值達(dá)到五億元。該合資公司產(chǎn)品不僅應(yīng)用于江淮汽車，同時(shí)也覆蓋馬瑞利在中國的其他合作項(xiàng)目，如與菲亞特及戴姆勒汽車的合作。

Magneti Marelli Automotive Components (Wuhu) Co., Ltd. setting up in 2003, main products include Plastic fuel manifold, Intake manifold, Throttle bodies, Auto-lamp such high-tech products.Magneti Marelli Automotive Components (Changsha) Co., Ltd.was setting up in 2011, main product is Exhaust System. In 2012, Magneti Marelli automotive lighting (Foshan) Co., Ltd was set up in Foshan, main product is Auto-lamp, and also set up two Joint-ventures in Changchun and Hefei, their product is powertrain system and Exhaust System respectively.
