黑龍江省天正糧油食品進出口股份有限公司成立于2000年3月，是由黑龍江省糧油食品進出口（集團）公司等五家單位參股，并經(jīng)外經(jīng)貿(mào)部批準的股份制外貿(mào)公司，注冊資金2，000萬元人民幣，2001年末總資產(chǎn)15，760萬元人民幣，兩年來已累計完成進出口總值1億美元。
公司以出口大豆、大米、玉米等大宗商品為主，同時經(jīng)營各類罐頭、雜糧、雜豆、飼料、山野菜、肉食、水產(chǎn)品、輕工產(chǎn)品等200余個品種，國際市場客戶上千家，遍及60多個國家和地區(qū)。
