2008年，根據(jù)國家電子信息產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整的政策，由鴻基（HJ）控股有限公司、深圳匯業(yè)集團(tuán)等企業(yè)投資創(chuàng)建湖南匯盛科技有限公司。本公司旗下匯盛科技工業(yè)園項(xiàng)目規(guī)劃占地1200畝，總投資20億元人民幣，投產(chǎn)后，用于電子產(chǎn)業(yè)制造鏈中的基礎(chǔ)產(chǎn)業(yè)的設(shè)計(jì)、生產(chǎn)、研發(fā)、推廣、建設(shè)精密鑄造項(xiàng)目基地、新型顯示器項(xiàng)目基地、數(shù)碼產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)基地、開展國際進(jìn)出口業(yè)務(wù)、打造消費(fèi)類電子產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈。
湖南匯盛科技有限公司成立于2008年12月，注冊資本1億元人民幣。是一家致力于**消費(fèi)類電子、光伏產(chǎn)品、IC深加工產(chǎn)品的研發(fā)、生產(chǎn)、市場推廣、國際貿(mào)易、OEM、ODM于一體的高新技術(shù)企業(yè)。
公司主要生產(chǎn)數(shù)碼類消費(fèi)電子產(chǎn)品，TFT液晶顯示屏、薄膜太陽能電池板系列、3G產(chǎn)品系列（網(wǎng)本、手機(jī)、多媒體播放器）。DVB以及嵌入式軟件開發(fā)等多種消費(fèi)類電子產(chǎn)品、項(xiàng)目。

The company mainly produces digital consumer electronics products, TFT LCD screen, thin-film solar panel series, 3G product line (laptop, mobile phones, and multimedia players). DVB, as well as embedded software development and many other consumer electronics products/projects.
