Huawei Marine Networks Co., Limited (hereinafter referred to as "Huawei Marine") is a joint venture established by Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Huawei") and Global Marine Systems Limited (hereinafter referred to as "Global Marine").
