Introduction
As a high-tech enterprise, Hiway Systems develops, manufactures, markets, and services on the key Wafer Fabrication Equipment (WFE) in China and global regions. Hiway was established in Beijing on June 6, 2006 by an elite team of mainland and American Chinese entrepreneurs who went to study in US decades ago and are successful and well recognized in the semiconductor industry. Hiway’s key product line is micron and nanometer class WFE with state-of-the-art technology, low cost-of-ownership, and high reliability.
Hiway has established complete world-class facilities and an excellent team for R&D，manufacturing， process test and an annual capacity of 50 PECVD tools and refurbishing, remanufacturing, assembly, test and process development for various WFE.
