吉林省汽車零部件研發中心有限公司于2009年10月成立，是由吉林省政府牽頭，大專院校和科研機構共同組建的汽車高新技術企業。
研發中心由吉林大學，中國**汽車集團公司，長春一東離合器股份有限公司和長春旭陽工業集團股份有限公司共同出資組建，注冊資金1000萬元人民幣。
發展目標
研發中心定位于建設一個地處長春、服務于吉林省汽車零部件企業且輻射全國汽車零部件行業的技術咨詢服務平臺、產品研發及性能測試基地，從而為我國汽車零部件企業的發展提供強有力的技術支持，提升我國汽車零部件企業的自主開發能力。

研發中心在車輛底盤設計調校、車身設計、動力傳動系統設計具有雄厚的隊伍與測試設備，并且依托吉林大學優勢的資源，具有汽車工程學院、機械科學與工程學院和材料科學與工程學院等相關單位百余名教授、副教授技術骨干的團隊的支持。
研發中心已同多個國外和研發中心形成戰略合作伙伴，與美國BIRCH, ATI, ITS等公司簽署了戰略合作框架協議，并與十余名國外資深汽車設計簽訂了合作協議。
