Ever since our beginning, we have constructed an internationally influential platform of cultural communication through integrating high-quality investment in culture and art, real estate development and services, luxury hospitality, tourism as well as high-end international architecture academic exchange. 南京佛手湖建筑藝術(shù)發(fā)展有限公司，于2003年投資建設(shè)了中國(guó)國(guó)際建筑藝術(shù)實(shí)踐展，該項(xiàng)目分二期運(yùn)作，前期投資6.6億，占地面積600畝，一期為中國(guó)國(guó)際建筑藝術(shù)實(shí)踐展永久展區(qū)項(xiàng)目，匯集國(guó)內(nèi)外諸如磯崎新、妹島和世等15國(guó)家地區(qū)24位著名建筑大師共同創(chuàng)作，其強(qiáng)大的設(shè)計(jì)陣容令到亞洲甚至國(guó)際建筑界都為之矚目。它既是享譽(yù)國(guó)際建筑界的中國(guó)國(guó)際建筑藝術(shù)永久展區(qū)，同時(shí)也將打造成融建筑、文化藝術(shù)為主題的溫泉旅游度假酒店，暨南京四方當(dāng)代藝術(shù)湖區(qū)。Nanjing Foshou Lake Architecture & Art Development Co., Ltd invested and constructed the China International Pratical Exhibition of Architecture(CIPEA) in 2003. This project, costing 660 million yuan and covering 600 mu, comprises of two phases. Phase I, the CIPEA project, has attracted 24 architects of world renown (Arata Isozaki, Ryue Nishizawa, to name but a few) from 15 countrieslike a magnet. This starring cast has also become the centre of attention in the architecture society of Asia and beyond. It is a permanent display venue for the CIPEA project that has won acclaim among the international architeture society and also a high-end hot spring tourism resort featuring architecture, art and culture, namely the Nanjing Foshou Lake Ziren Art Hotel (tentatively named).
二期位于佛手湖東起的第二個(gè)半島，西北與南京佛手湖國(guó)際建筑藝術(shù)實(shí)踐展一期南京四方當(dāng)代藝術(shù)湖區(qū)，東南至半島盡端。與一期項(xiàng)目強(qiáng)調(diào)先鋒性和藝術(shù)性不同，二期項(xiàng)目突出可持續(xù)發(fā)展的理念和技術(shù)特性，旨在建設(shè)一個(gè)符合、體證生態(tài)環(huán)保理念，整合、集成建筑全壽命周期內(nèi)的節(jié)能減耗技術(shù)，并實(shí)現(xiàn)山、水、人居和諧共生的示范性綠色住區(qū)。
Phase II is located in the second byland to the east of the Foshou Lake, neighboring the Nanjing Foshou Lake Ziren Art Hotel, phase I of the CIPEA projec and extending to the end of the byland. Unlike the avant garde and artistic phase I, what characterizes phase II are its sustainability and technology, as well as the idea of being environmentally friendly, imtegrating the energy-saving technologies within the life cycle of the architecture and creating a paragon of harmonious co-existing of mountain, water and human habitation.
南京四方當(dāng)代藝術(shù)湖區(qū)位于南京市浦口區(qū)老山國(guó)家森林公園內(nèi)的佛手湖景區(qū)，由磯崎新、Steven Holl、Etorre Sottsass、David Adjaye、Gabor Bachman、Odile Decq等世界著名建筑大師設(shè)計(jì)，酒店總建筑面積為74000多平方，主要包括：別墅、展覽中心、接待中心（客房、餐飲）、會(huì)議中心、休閑中心共24幢建筑，擁有別具風(fēng)格的客房200余間套，1000個(gè)餐位，SPA溫泉，直升飛機(jī)服務(wù)、室內(nèi)外網(wǎng)球場(chǎng)、游泳館以及當(dāng)代藝術(shù)博物館等多項(xiàng)功能配套。
Nanjing Foshou Lake Ziren Art Hotel (tentatively named) is situated in the Foshou Lake Scenic Area of the Nanjing Pukou District Laoshan National Forest Park. A work of art co-produced by world-class master architects like Arata Isozaki, Steven Holl, Etorre Sottsass, David Adjaye, Gabor Bachman and Odile Decq, the hotel has a maximum gross floor area of 74000 sqm to accomodate 24 architectures serving as villas, exhibition center, reception center (guest room, catering) and conference center. It has more than 200 guest rooms, 1000 dining room seats, SPA hot spring, helicopter services, indoor and outdoor tennis courts as well as a contemporary art museum, among other functions and facilities .
酒店設(shè)計(jì)不僅結(jié)合了高星級(jí)旅游飯店設(shè)計(jì)要求、同時(shí)也融合了建筑大師和藝術(shù)大師們的獨(dú)特創(chuàng)意和生活理念，這些建筑充分利用現(xiàn)有自然資源、環(huán)保建材、文化元素，完整詮釋了自然之美，真正因地制宜，巧妙獨(dú)特。酒店目前在籌備中，即將于2011年開幕，她將為公眾呈現(xiàn)一個(gè)嶄新而獨(dú)特的藝術(shù)領(lǐng)域旅游度假空間。
The design combines luxury resort hotel standards with a blend of master architects’ and artists’ originality and lifestyle ideas. Responding to the site's natural features, the buildings demostrate the optimum use of exsisting resourses, environmentally friendly materials and cultural elements. Currently the hotel is still under preparation for its dedut in 2011. It will present to guests a brand new artistic space for holiday resort.
南京四方當(dāng)代美術(shù)館成立于2005年8月，分別坐落在南京的玄武區(qū)、浦口區(qū)與江寧區(qū)，共有展覽面積近8000平方米，以展覽、收藏、研究、教育為主要功能，以改善中國(guó)當(dāng)代藝術(shù)的生存環(huán)境，提高公眾對(duì)當(dāng)代藝術(shù)的認(rèn)知度，倡導(dǎo)當(dāng)代藝術(shù)與全社會(huì)的溝通與交流為宗旨的非營(yíng)利藝術(shù)機(jī)構(gòu)。同時(shí)四方當(dāng)代美術(shù)館將立足于中國(guó)、面向世界當(dāng)代藝術(shù)，努力發(fā)展與世界各種當(dāng)代文化藝術(shù)形式的交流，努力建設(shè)成為具有當(dāng)代國(guó)際性的美術(shù)館。
Founded in August 2005, Nanjing 4Cube Museum of Contemporary Art is located in Xuanwu District, Pukou District and Jiangning District of Nanjing separately, covering nearly 8000 square meters in total. It’s a nonprofit art institution, with functions of exhibiting, preserving, researching and fostering the understanding of works of contemporary art. The mission of the gallery is to create a better environment for the development of contemporary Chinese art, to enhance the public appreciation of works of art, and to communicate contemporary art to the widest community possible. This China-based gallery also commits itself to embracing contemporary art from all over the world, furthering its role as a top-notch international platform for communication between art of all forms and from all cultures.
