Helical成立于1962年，是一個完全運作的公司，主要從事于以下產品的設計、開發與制造：
大型柴油和氣體發動機用氣門旋轉體
渦輪增壓器和廢氣再循環系統用執行器（放氣閥）
公司總部設在英國Lytham, Lancashire，本公司產品遠銷歐洲、北美、南美和亞洲市場，擁有從設計開發到制造測試的完備能力。

昆山海力科發動機零部件有限公司，是我們在中國建成的一個新子公司，該公司主要組裝和供應氣門旋轉體。我們所有客戶都是OEM制造商，生產大型柴油機，包括康明斯、卡特彼勒（Caterpillar）、Rolls-Royce、瓦錫蘭、MTU、洋馬（Yanmar）以及其他許多公司。


海力汽車科技有限公司，是我們在印度成立的一個子公司，本公司主要為印度市場提供氣門旋轉體和汽車執行器產品。

海力鋒宏汽車技術有限公司，是我們在中國建立的**個子公司，本公司主要為亞洲市場提供汽車執行器產品。

Helical在中國已有10年生產歷程。

Founded in 1962, Helical Technology Ltd, is a Company based in the UK with 3 subsideries in Asia, it is an independent business engaged in the design, development and manufacture of the following products:

Actuators for turbochargers and exhaust gas recirculation systems
Valve rotators for large diesel and gas engines

The company’s headquarters are in Lytham, Lancashire, United Kingdom.
From here the company’s products are supplied to European, North and South American and Asian markets.
All design work is carried out in Lytham.

Helical Engineering (Kunshan) Co., Ltd, is our newest facility in China, this plant Assembles and supplies Valve Rotators. Customers are all OEM manufacturers of large Diewsell engines and include, Cummins, Roll Royce Wartsila, MTU, Yanmar and many others.

Helical Funwick Engineering, was our first plant in Kunshan, this facility assembles and supplies actuators to asian markets.

Helical Auto-Technology Pvt Ltd, Pune, our Indian facility, assembles and supplies products to the
Indian market, both Valve Rotators and Actuators.

Helical have been manufacturing in China for over 10 years.
