企業擁有6家法人公司：臨安市雄鷹婦幼衛生用品有限公司、浙江藍波護理用品有限公司、杭州永芳實業有限公司、臨安市雄鷹塑膠有限公司、杭州永芳商貿有限公司、浙江宸利進出口有限公司。2009年，新籌建的浙江藍波護理用品有限公司占地50畝，投資2.65億元，被列入市重點工程建設項目。公司全線引進來自意大利發明家和日本瑞光的進口設備，形成年產高檔立圍衛生巾、嬰兒紙尿褲、成人紙尿褲、嬰兒拉拉褲、成人拉拉褲、床墊等系列產品22億元的生產能力，填補了國內產品市場的空白。

The enterprise was founded in 1997 and it is a professional high technical company dealing with researching and development, production and sales of sanitary napkins, pantyliners, baby and adult diapers, pull-up diapers, wet wipes and other health-care products. The enterprise is occupied 78,000 square meters with totaling registration capital RMB88,600,000 and the total assets reaches about RMB400,000,000.00.

We are awarded high honors with “Lin’an Big Enterprises” in 2009 and 2010 and “The Chinese Famous Brand” of our domestic brand “Fragrance”. We’ve obtained the certificates of ISO9001 and ISO14001 and approved by measure management system.

The wholly-owned subsidiaries are Zhejiang Blue Wave Health-care products Co. Ltd., Hangzhou Fragrant Industry Co., Ltd., Lin’an Eagle Plastic Co. Ltd., Hangzhou Fragrant Trading Co. Ltd., Zhejiang Chenli Imp & Exp Co., Ltd. In 2009, the start-up company Zhejiang Blue Wave Health-care Products Co. Ltd. is awarded to be the important project in Lin’an city, and its area is about 33000 square meters with the total investment RMB265,000,000.00. All of the machines in Blue Wave are imported from FAMECCANICA ITALY and ZUIKO JAPAN which can produce premier sanitary napkins, baby diapers, adult diaper, baby and adult pull up diapers, disposable under pads and so on, the total production capacity can reach about RMB2,200,000,000.00, which supplied the gap of domestic premier market.

We’ve finished the programming of sanitary napkin and diaper brand, rebuilt the domestic sales channel, straighten out and expanded more than 2000 important sales nets. We have also built a powerful sales team ready to soar in 2011 based on the firm foundation in 2010.

In addition to this, we are one of the famous companies doing OEM, we’ve cooperated with more than 30 customers all over the world, and the quality of the products is approbated by customers.
