美馳華陽汽車制動器有限公司簡介
中美合資美馳華陽汽車制動器有限公司是由中國華陽投資股份有限公司與美國美馳公司共同出資組建的一家專業生產汽車制動器的高科技企業。合資公司成立于1995年5月,主要產品為各類商用車制動器總成，產品覆蓋重、中、輕系列.目前主要客戶有東風集團,江淮集團和陜重汽集團。
同時，為滿足中國市場的需求（自調法規），公司通過英國盧卡斯重型制動系統轉讓技術，生產了具有國際先進水平的單楔式空氣鼓式制動器（SAW），在中國已申請專利，現已形成了年產10萬只的生產能力，國產化率達70%。
合資公司成立以來，致力于科技進步和管理創新，先后從外方引進先進的零部件加工技術，總成裝配線和多種檢測器具，擁有精、大、稀、關設備105臺。其中制動蹄焊接機是具有國內水平的，為合資公司專利的精密關鍵設備，目前公司已形成年產制動器25萬只的能力。
合資公司在積極引進消化美馳公司先進的裝備和產品制造技術的同時，還努力學習借鑒母公司的先進管理經驗。造就了一支高素質的科技隊伍和管理群體。

Meritor Huayang Vehicle Braking Company Limited is a Joint Venture enterprise between Huayang Investment Co.Ltd.of China
and ArvinMeritor Corporation of America, professionally engaged in manufacturing vehicle brake with advanced technology.
The Joint venture was established in May, 1995, mainly produces various commercial vehicle brake assembly covering heavy,
medium and light duty series.Our leading customer includes Dong Feng group, Jiang Huai Group and Shaanxi Heavy Duty
Automobile Group.
Meanwhile, in order to meet the requirement of Chinese market(automatic adjustment regulations),the company produced
single air wedge brake (SAW) with international leading technology transfered from Lucas Heavy Duty System of U.K.,
which has obtained patent right in China and currently achieved annual production capacity of 100,000 units with the localization rate of 70%.
The company keeps working at advanced scientific technology and management innovation since establishment.
The company introduced advanced vehicle components machining technology, assembly line and various inspecting instruments from foreign partner
including 105 key equipments of high precision at present, of which the brake shoe welder is the patent key equipment of national leading level.
so far the JV fomed annual production capacity of 250,000 brakes.
With active introduction of the advanced equipments and digestion of manufacturing technology from Meritor, the company also
focus on learning advanced management experience and trained a high qulaity team of engineering and management.
With high level manufacturing technology, modern management and a high quality management team,the JV made high quality products.
The company achieved QS9000 quality system and TS16949 quality system certification respectively in August 2002 and October 2005.
