公司管理機(jī)構(gòu)健全，設(shè)經(jīng)營部、貿(mào)易部、綜合部、財(cái)務(wù)部、項(xiàng)目發(fā)展部、船舶出租及代理、資金審核管理七個(gè)部室，兩個(gè)儲(chǔ)運(yùn)管理中心和一座控股碼頭公司，分別管理四個(gè)油庫、煤炭堆場(chǎng)、石油焦堆場(chǎng)、一間瀝青儲(chǔ)存中轉(zhuǎn)公司和兩座碼頭泊位。四個(gè)油庫總儲(chǔ)存容量已達(dá)到15萬多立方米。其中茂名重油總儲(chǔ)存量8萬立方米，輕油2萬立方米；順德重油總儲(chǔ)存量2萬立方米，輕油儲(chǔ)存量3萬立方米。煤炭儲(chǔ)存能力已達(dá)到60萬噸，石油焦儲(chǔ)存能力達(dá)到5萬噸。**期瀝青儲(chǔ)存總量為3.2萬立方米，中轉(zhuǎn)目標(biāo)是100萬噸/年。兩座碼頭泊位年吞吐量在400萬噸以上，5000噸級(jí)油囤碼頭年吞吐量達(dá)到100萬噸。此外，還有載重噸為31000噸的散貨船“中威1”、散貨載重噸為2952噸、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)集裝箱裝載144個(gè)的“中威”號(hào)；另有三艘3000噸級(jí)油輪對(duì)外出租。天源商貿(mào)公司現(xiàn)有在職員工500多人，其中專業(yè)技術(shù)人員230多人，達(dá)到公司總?cè)藬?shù)的46%以上。
