南京揚子石化碧辟乙酰有限責任公司 是中國石化揚子石油化工有限公司和英國BP化工投資有限公司以50:50股比出資的一家合資企業，公司投資建設和經營一個世界級規模50萬噸/年的醋酸裝置，采用的是BP公司CATIVA羰基合成法專利技術，項目總投資約14億人民幣。公司于2005年11月正式掛牌成立，2010年投入商業運營,正式雇員約90人。

BP YPC Acetyls Company (Nanjing) Ltd. (BYACO) is 50:50 Joint Ventures between BPCIL and Sinopec YPC. The company is building and operating a 500Ktepa world-scale Acetic Acid plant, which is licensed by BP CATIVA Technology and total investment about RMB 1.4 billion. BYACO was inaugurated in November 2005 and put into commercial operation in 2010. The total employees are around 90.
