Erdos Elkem Materials Co., Ltd. is a 50%: 50% joint-venture between Elkem AS, Materials（in Norway） and Erdos Metallurgy Group.It was founded in November 15th, 2006 and is located in Inner Mongolia Ordos Qipanjing Industrial Park, 200 km northeast of Yinchuan city. Its product is microsilica, which is collected in the filtration system when cleaning the smoke coming from ferrosilicon and silicon-metal furnaces.
