青島海利直升機制造有限公司成立于2007年8月17日，工廠坐落在經濟技術開發(fā)區(qū)西海岸出口加工區(qū)內，總投資2335萬美元，注冊資本1020萬美元，總占地面積約100畝。 主要業(yè)務為B2B兩座直升機及V750無人直升機的研發(fā)、生產制造及出口。 B-2B直升機項目是由美國勃蘭特利國際公司引進的，年設計產能為80架B-2B輕型直升機。產品具有FAA頒發(fā)的TC和PC證書，擁有世界14個國家的適航證書。同時取得中國民航局的型號許可證（VTC）和單機適航證（AC），該產品進入中國通用航空市場。是中國繼“哈飛”、“昌飛”之后第三家擁有PC證書、能夠生產直升機的公司。本公司獲得了國家商務部頒發(fā)的外商投資企業(yè)批準證書。
