青島四方龐巴迪鐵路運輸設備有限公司（簡稱“BST”）成立于1998年，由中國南車集團四方車輛有限責任公司和龐巴迪公司出資組建，是國內首家鐵路客車制造業的合資公司。
BST通過技術引進和自主研發，將世界的軌道車輛制造技術和管理系統應用于車輛設計、工藝制造、技術支持、項目管理等方面，為鐵路用戶提供了高質量的鐵路客車產品。京滬高檔客車、青藏鐵路客車和陸續上線運行的電動車組，已得到了用戶的認可并引起了社會公眾的廣泛關注。
