（tg）是一家經廣東省政府部門批準成立的專業光電半導體器件研發、設計和制造的微電子研究所。
研究所擁有一支多年從事光電半導體芯片設計、mcu微控制器程式設計和功能光學材料的隊伍。
所設計的產品涉及半導體分立器件、混合集成電路、光電子器件、傳感器信號處理、微處理器、定時器、功率半導體、電源管理芯片、光學器件封裝材料等，并承接用戶odm制造。
研究所擁有多項自主知識產權, 特別是在光電敏感芯片、光電傳感器 acled應用設計及mems方面享有獨特的專利技術。
我們的開發團隊可以完成基本的光電芯片方案設計、特性仿真、版圖設計、晶元投片、測試、器件封裝,led燈具設計開發等系列化服務。
