瑞陽(yáng)制藥有限公司創(chuàng)建于1966年，目前總資產(chǎn)達(dá)30億元，員工超過(guò)4000人。公司總部設(shè)在山東沂源，并在上海松江區(qū)設(shè)有分公司，在總部、濟(jì)南、上海和美國(guó)設(shè)有研發(fā)中心。160多個(gè)辦事處遍布國(guó)內(nèi)大中城市，產(chǎn)品已覆蓋全國(guó)，并遠(yuǎn)銷德國(guó)、法國(guó)、韓國(guó)等三十多個(gè)國(guó)家。
瑞陽(yáng)的業(yè)務(wù)領(lǐng)域主要包括藥品的研發(fā)與制造。涉及粉針制劑、原料藥、固體制劑和中藥制劑的生產(chǎn)和研發(fā)，以及抗癌藥物、新的抗生素類藥物、防疫疫苗和治療疫苗等的研發(fā)。是全國(guó)大的頭孢類原料藥生產(chǎn)基地之一，粉針生產(chǎn)規(guī)模全國(guó)前五，其梅洛西林鈉原料藥及其制劑。同時(shí)，與清華大學(xué)、山東大學(xué)等30多家高校和科研機(jī)構(gòu)有著常年科研合作關(guān)系，擁有大量專利產(chǎn)品，獲得國(guó)家科技進(jìn)步獎(jiǎng)，承擔(dān)國(guó)家級(jí)項(xiàng)目5項(xiàng)，并負(fù)責(zé)起草了42個(gè)新藥產(chǎn)品的國(guó)家藥品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

Reyoung Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd, which was converted into a limited company under the PRC law in 1998 and is now a Singapore-listed company, was established in 1966. The company is an ISO9001、ISO14001、OHS18001 authentication enterprise and possess postdoctoral programme and ERP system and so on. The trademark of “reyoung” is famous trademark of China.

It covers an area of more than 343,000 square meters, with the total asset of USD500 millions. There is more than 4000 staff in Reyoung Pharm., of whom approximate 21 percents of the total staff is sales&marketing personnel. All the workshops, which can produce eight categories and more than 340 specifications of pharmaceutical products including tablets, capsules, granules, sterile active ingredients, small volume injection, powder for injection, lyophilized powder for injection, suppository, have passed GMP certification of the Chinese SFDA. The sales and marketing network for its products covers all the big and medium cities throughout the mainland of PRC.
