公司前身是泉州利高食品有限公司，為改善生產環境，擴大生產經營規模，2003年4月20日，遷址于清濛科技工業區。
目前，公司廠區面積10000平方米，加工車間總面積7000平方米，設計生產能力15萬只/月。職工總人數230人，其中碩士學位1人，大專本科學歷11人，中專23人。專業技術人員和專職管理人員24人。
公司已獲國家進出口檢驗檢疫局頒發的《衛生注冊證書》，《ISO9000證書》《HACCP認證》，迪斯尼、華納公司經過嚴格審查也批準麗高公司生產其專利產品，麗高公司憑借嚴格的質量衛生管理，獨特的造型及不斷創新的工藝，深受國內外客戶的厚愛，產品遠銷歐、美、中東、大洋州等地區。
