山東威明汽車產(chǎn)品有限公司是威伯科(WABCO)汽車控制系統(tǒng)集團(tuán)公司與山東明水汽車配件廠在1996年建立的合資公司，注冊資金八百萬美元，總投資一千二百萬美元，威伯科(WABCO)汽車控制系統(tǒng)集團(tuán)公司擁有70%的股份。公司位于濟(jì)南市高新技術(shù)開發(fā)區(qū)內(nèi)，員工四百余人。

SWAP is producing conventional vehicle control products, which include foot brake valves, hand brake valves, air processing units, air dryers, quad valves, unloader valves, trailer brake valves and brake actuators.
