AGFA GRAPHICS ASIA

In early 2010, Agfa Graphics and Shenzhen Brothers announced the creation of a Joint Venture which will effectively merge the operations of both companies in Mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore and Malaysia. The joint venture will operate under the name “Agfa Graphics Asia” and will be incorporated in Hong Kong. The operational HQ of the joint venture, however, will be in Shenzhen (China). Through the Joint Venture both companies aim to accelerate the execution of their strategic objectives to be the number one prepress solution and UV industrial inkjet provider in Mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and all countries belonging to the ASEAN association (Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, …). Agfa Graphics Asia will be able to fully draw on the infrastructure, technology, and manufacturing and distribution strength of its founding companies. It will also continue to have full access to the Agfa Graphics world class technology. Agfa’ state-of-the-art production plant in Wuxi will also be part of the operations of Agfa Graphics Asia.

In its first full year of operations, Agfa Graphics Asia targets a turnover of EUR 200 million and will employ approximately 460 FTEs of whom the majority will be based in Mainland China.

Agfa Graphics will be the majority shareholder with a stake of 51%. Shenzhen Brothers will own 49% of the company.

愛克發(fā)印藝系統(tǒng)亞洲

2010年初，愛克發(fā)印藝系統(tǒng)和深圳兄弟公司宣布成立合資公司。公司將有效地整合兩家公司在中國大陸、港臺地區(qū)、新加坡及馬來西亞的運營。合資公司愛克發(fā)印藝系統(tǒng)亞洲注冊在香港，其運營總部將設(shè)立在中國大陸的深圳。新成立的合資公司旨在加速實現(xiàn)在印前解決方案和UV工業(yè)噴墨方面成為龍頭老大的戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo), 包括在中國大陸、港臺地區(qū)以及所有東南亞聯(lián)盟（印度尼西亞、新加坡、馬來西亞、泰國及越南等等國家）。愛克發(fā)印藝系統(tǒng)亞洲將充分利用該合資公司的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施、技術(shù)支持、生產(chǎn)及銷售優(yōu)勢，同時也會繼續(xù)利用愛克發(fā)印藝系統(tǒng)的先進(jìn)技術(shù)。愛克發(fā)在無錫的享有聲譽的工廠也將成為愛克發(fā)印藝系統(tǒng)亞洲的一部分。

營運初期的首年，愛克發(fā)印藝系統(tǒng)亞洲的目標(biāo)是年營業(yè)額2億歐元，同時在中國大陸將有460名員工。愛克發(fā)印藝系統(tǒng)擁有51％的股權(quán)，深圳兄弟公司則占有49％的股權(quán)。
