上海同杰良生物材料有限公司成立于2005年1月，由同濟大學、上海創業投資有限公司等單位出資組建，是一家專業從事聚乳酸生物質材料研發、生產和銷售的新材料高新技術企業。
公司下設三個全資子公司：馬鞍山同杰良生物材料有限公司、南京多維多天然纖維有限公司、上海貝睿斯生物科技有限公司。
上海貝睿斯生物科技有限公司成了于2013年7月，是馬鞍山同杰良生物材料有限公司的全資子公司，是上海同杰良生物材料有限公司下屬衛生材料事業部，是為了推動聚乳酸材料向衛生用品及材料產業深入發展而投資組建的市場推廣機構。
貝睿斯依托同杰良在聚乳酸行業雄厚的技術積淀，以高科技生物質聚乳酸“乳絲”等材料為基礎，率先在**市場推動聚乳酸材料在一次性衛生用品產業的應用和拓展。
