教學與學習成長
曾經(jīng)美國史密斯索尼恩博物館,發(fā)生過這樣一件事情,參觀人群中,有一位個子較高的男士蹲著欣賞畫,所以周圍的人都好奇的問了一句為什么,他當時是這樣回復(fù)人家的,說:“我是一名小學老師,我想了解以小孩子身高看畫的視覺,所以就蹲著看這幅畫的,這樣到時候就可以更接近地說明給孩子們?!?br/>為了更接近地理解孩子們的視覺高度,老師是蹲著欣賞畫的。

E. nopi Philosophy
Daekyo philosophy is based on this true story and the story was like this :
There’s a man kneeling over to the picture and someone ask him so he replied “ …I am an elementary school teacher and I’m bringing my students here tomorrow. I am trying to appreciate these paintings at children’s eye level so that I can teach them better.”
The philosophy of the E.nopi system emphasizes that an educational program is most effective when an instructor is able to customize the program itself to meet the individual needs and learning styles of each student to enable them to realize their maximum potential.
That is why we want to provide the education based on their eye level ( ability ) and each students are unique.
