上海電氣凱士比核電泵閥有限公司成立于2008年6月，是一家專門制造核電站用泵和閥的合資公司。它是由上海電氣集團股份有限公司與德國KSB股份有限公司共同投資組建的，地處上海市臨港新城重裝備產業區，是上海電氣核電產業的重要組成部分。公司總投資4800萬歐元，為中國大陸及東南亞地區的核電用戶提供技術先進、質量可靠、運行安全的1000MW級核一、二、三級泵與核二、三級閥門。

Shanghai Electric-KSB Nuclear Pumps & Valves Co., Ltd. is established in June 2008, a joint venture specialized in manufacturing nuclear pumps and valves. It is invested by Shanghai Electric Group Co Ltd and KSB AG, with its location in the Heavy Equipment Base of Shanghai Lingang New City and also it is an important part of SEC nuclear industry. The company’s total investment is Euro 48 Million. It provides nuclear class I, II and III pumps and nuclear class II & III valves of advanced tech, high quality and reliable operation for 1000MW power stations for customers from China inland and southeast Asia areas.
