上海地鐵盾構設備工程有限公司成立于1994年，注冊資金人民幣4000萬元，總資產人民幣5億元，是國內**家專業從事為城市軌道交通建設區間隧道掘進提供盾構設備及委托管理、技術咨詢等相關服務的公司。公司現擁有各種類型盾構機近30臺，環寬1米及1.2米超高精度鋼模近90套，以及大量盾構掘進施工配套設備。
公司首創盾構設備“維修保養、循環利用”的管理理念，為城市軌道交通建設節約了大量盾構設備資金，并在**范圍內獲得廣泛認同和普遍推廣，《人民日報》曾進行整版專題報道，稱為地鐵建設中的“上海模式”。
公司自成立以來，先后參建了軌道交通1號線、2號線、3號線、4號線、6號線、7號線、8號線、9號線、10號線、11號線、13號線等。并作為業主代表，先后參與了長江隧橋工程2臺世界大直徑Φ15.44米泥水平衡盾構機的引進與管理工作、上海原水青草沙引水工程盾構機的引進與管理工作、人民路隧道工程盾構機的引進與管理工作。近幾年來，公司又不斷拓展外地及海外市場，先后參與了杭州、南京、蘇州及印度地鐵建設。公司自有盾構累計掘進里程超過200公里，公司負責管理的盾構累計掘進里程超過400公里。
2004年，我們與同濟大學共建同濟大學博士后科技創新基地，以加大科技創新的力度。我們聯合相關單位開發建立的“地鐵盾構協同保障體系”網絡管理平臺，從全國范圍內230多家申報企業中脫穎而出，與聯想集團、中信銀行、一汽大眾、隆力奇集團、安利（中國）等25家企業共同榮獲第三屆哈佛《商業評論》管理行動獎獎。
1998-2012年，公司連續15年被評為“上海市重點工程實事立功競賽公司”；2009年，公司被中華全國總工會和上海市總工會分別授予“工人先鋒號”和“五一勞動獎狀”榮譽稱號。

Established in 1994 with the registered capital of 40 million RMB and the total assets of 0.5 billion RMB, Shanghai Metro Shield Equipment Engineering Co., Ltd. is the first professional company in China providing shield equipments, authorized management, technical consultations and other related services to running tunneling of urban mass transit construction. Now the company possesses 30 shield tunneling machines of various types, 90 sets of ultra-high precision steel moulds with the ring width of 1m and 1.2m, and a large number of shied excavation supporting equipments.

Our company initiates the management philosophy of “repair& maintenance, recycled utilization” of shield equipment, which saves plenty of shield equipment capitals for urban mass transit construction and receives the wide recognition and popularization worldwide. The People’s Daily once made a special report in a full page, in which it was called” Shanghai Model” in metro construction.

Since the establishment of the company, we have participated in the construction of Metro Line 1, Line 2, Line 3, Line 4, Line 6, Line 7, Line 8, Line 9, Line 10, Line 11 and Line 13, etc. As the representative of owner, we have also taken part in the introduction and management of 2 Φ 15.44m slurry balance shield tunneling machines with the largest diameter in the world of Yangtze River Tunnel Bridge Project, shield tunneling machine introduction and management of Shanghai Qingcaosha Raw Water Diversion Project, shield tunneling machine introduction and management of Remin Road Tunnel Project. In recent years, our company is exploring the nonlocal and foreign markets continuously, taking part in the metro construction in Hangzhou, Nanjing, Suzhou and India successively. The accumulative tunneling mileage of self-owned shield of our company is over 200km and the accumulative tunneling mileage of shield managed by our company is over 400km.

In 2004, we cooperated with Tongji University to build a technological innovation base for post-doctors of Tongji University to strengthen the scientific and technical innovation. The “metro shield cooperative guarantee system” network management platform developed and established by our company with related units stood out the competition among over 230 enterprises nationwide and we won the Excellent Award of the 3rd Harvard Business Review Management Operation award with Lenovo Group, China Citic Bank, FAW-Volkswagen, Longliqi Group, Amway (China) and 25 enterprises in total.

From 1998 to 2012, our company was awarded “Excellent Company in Key project Contribution Competition” for successive 15 years; in 2009, our company was granted the honorary titles of “Pioneer Worker” and “51 Labor Certificate” by All China Federation of Trade Unions and General Union of Shanghai.
