上海翡翠東方傳播有限公司（簡稱 “翡翠東方”）, 是由電視廣播有限公司（TVB）、華人文化產業股權投資（上海）中心（CMC）及上海東方傳媒集團有限公司（SMG）共同合資成立。

2012年8月8日上海翡翠東方傳播有限公司正式成立，公司將趨向于多元化發展，負責TVB在內地包括廣告，藝人合作，公關活動，版權發行等全部業務。
TVBC was officially established in 8th Aug 2012, which will tend to a diversified development. TVBC is responsible for the business of TVB in Mainland market, including advertising, artist cooperation, PR events, copyright issue, and other business.

翡翠東方將根植中國文化土壤，繼承TVB優良血統，以“傳承娛樂精髓、弘融華人生活”為核心理念. 獨家運作并展開TVB 在中國內地的各項業務。實現從以香港業務為發展核心到以大中國業務為發展前沿的戰略轉移，締造對全中國乃至**華人具影響力的華語媒體帝國。
TVBC is founded in Chinese culture, and focuses on entertainment, while showing their viewers a representation of Chinese life. Inheriting the highest standards from TVB, we operate independently and aim to develop a range of businesses related to TVB in Mainland China. Restructuring and adapting our Hong Kong business strategy to fit the subtleties and nuances of Greater China, we hope to establish the most influential media group in the Chinese-speaking world.
