泛和物流株式會社成立于2004年6月，由山東國際海運公司、日本豐洋商事株式會社、大連四環物流有限公司共同投資，在日本神戶注冊的綜合性物流企業，主要經營海上運輸、租船、訂艙、貨運代理、倉儲及船舶修理，備件供應等業務。 我司在集裝箱領域，具有一大批專門的人才，從事集裝箱的裝箱，定艙，報關，拆箱，和以及陸上運輸（YARD TO DOOR）和其他相關業務。
我司的集裝箱經營范圍遍及**，代理網絡國內有丹東，大連，營口（跋魚圈），天津，青島，上海，寧波，廈門，汕頭，廣州，深圳。國外國家和地區有日本，韓國，朝鮮，，香港，越南，新加坡，印度，斯里蘭卡，印度尼西亞，美國，加拿大，比利時，英國，德國等國家和地區。

公司現期租3000噸級船舶2艘，6000噸級船舶一艘，并與新加坡IMC Shipping，香港北方海運，Cosco Bulk等國際上大的船東建立了良好的關系，主要經營中國、日本、韓國、俄羅斯及東南亞之間主要港口不定期班輪服務。同時經營巴西、澳洲、印度的礦砂租船業務。
